Office Manager & Admin

    Highly proactive, and results-oriented professional

    Office Management: 

    • Oversee office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
    • Maintain a productive and well-organized office environment.
    • Manage the car fleet, including tasks like tyre changes and accident follow-ups.
    • Respond to employee requests regarding phone plans, fleet matters, and general administrative assistance.

    Finance/Procurement Support:

    • Provide support with accounting activities (processing invoices, preparing reports, managing accounts receivable).
    • Assist in handling overdue payments and prepare files for debt recovery.
    • Contribute to purchasing and administrative processes within the Coupa system.

    Marketing & Event Coordination:

    • Collaborate on B2C newsletters and B2B campaigns.
    • Plan and manage events.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

    Employee Support:

    • Organize and facilitate training sessions and employee events.
    • Assist the HR manager in addressing employee-related issues.
  2. Uw talenten

    Multilingual, Organized and Experienced!

    Education & Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in either French or Flemish is a must.
    • Strong English skills are necessary for effective communication with the team in Germany.

    Key Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient in PC software and office tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
    • Competence in handling multiple tasks and setting priorities efficiently.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles such as secretarial work, personal assistance, office management, accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Proven expertise in handling a variety of administrative responsibilities across multiple departments.
