You support large-scale projects (typically 1-25 MEUR)- Technical Responses and Proposals: Prepare high-quality technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders, including pricing and commercial proposals ;
- Pre-Sales Activities: Lead pre-sales efforts by supporting business development and sales teams, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in contract negotiations ;
- Project Delivery Support: Oversee solution delivery to customers, leveraging opportunities for expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction with technical and operational performance ;
- Expertise and Representation: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines, representing the company’s capabilities in various settings ;
- Lead Generation and Relationship Management: Identify and qualify procurement opportunities, manage customer interactions, and develop partnerships or channels as needed ;
- Marketing and Events: Participate in exhibitions, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the company’s solutions
- Institutional and OEM Collaboration: Build strong institutional relationships and foster collaborations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) ;
- Documentation and Administration: Prepare and manage tender responses, marketing presentations, licensing documentation and NDAs ;
- Customer and Market Analysis: Analyze customer requirements, track market trends, and monitor competitors to design compliant and competitive solutions ;
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish long-term customer relationships, analyze their evolving needs, and maintain a deep understanding of the competition and market trends in the relevant area.

Flexibility, pragmatism, and solution-oriented mindsetYou hold a University Degree in (Electronic/Electrical) Engineering or equivalent by experience. Furthermore, you have a successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.The right candidate will :
- Have a very good command of French and English, any other language is an asset ;
- Experience in technical pre-sales with advanced technology companies, preparing and supporting the sales of high value solutions to institutional customers ;
- Be resilient, you have good resistance to stressful situations;
- Be autonomous, curious, and patient ;
- Have ability to develop a strong internal and external network;
- Be agile in communication and can handle with discretion & confidentiality;
- Have excellent organizational skills;
- Be willing to travel around 5-15% of working hours.
