“Freelance Category Manager (M/F/X)”

1. Your challenge!

   You’re the architect of your category – from vision to shelf.

   Do you want to manage a category as if it were your own business unit?

   You’ll take full ownership of a category: strategy, assortment, suppliers, and profitability.

   Your tasks and responsibilities:

   • Define the strategy for products, pricing, promotions, and placement
   • Select products and negotiate with suppliers
   • Optimize the assortment and margins
   • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, procurement, and stores
   • Analyze performance and anticipate trends

2. Your talents

   A commercially-minded strategist with product flair.

   Your profile:

   • Master’s degree or equivalent
   • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
   • Strong in analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
   • Structured, commercially minded, and passionate about retail
