Our client is a well-established industrial player in the field of technical lighting, active both nationally and internationally. Our partner designs and develops innovative, sustainable, and smart lighting solutions for public, urban, and industrial infrastructures.

In a context of growth, the company has created a new position and is therefore looking for a FR-NL PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/X) to lead and oversee large-scale projects.

1. Your challenge!

   Your mission?

   As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the full coordination of outdoor lighting projects, such as installations for tunnels, roads, or public spaces. You ensure that deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements are met, while maintaining smooth communication with all stakeholders.

   Your main responsibilities:

   • Plan, organize, and monitor project progress, from the design phase to final commissioning;
   • Work closely with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, design office, sales) and external partners;
   • Manage resources, priorities, and the availability of materials and components;
   • Monitor performance indicators and adjust actions when necessary;
   • Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions;
   • Document each project phase and report to the relevant stakeholders;
   • Ensure project compliance with industry standards and client expectations;
   • Oversee on-site installation, system integration, and final validation stages.

2. Your talents

   Your profile?

   • Degree in engineering or equivalent by experience;
   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects (ideally in electrical or electromechanical installations);
   • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work cross-functionally;
   • Initiative, solution-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility;
   • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential;
   • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an asset.
