    Mission

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you’re the beating heart of the organization. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

    Your mission is to generate new business and build relationships with existing customers by selling our products and services and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

    Main responsibilities

    As a brand ambassador in your region, you will make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up leads, understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities, working closely with sales managers to develop new business.
    By managing your own portfolio of customers, you will increase brand awareness, promote new collections and implement cross-selling and up-selling activities to achieve the set annual target.

    Inside Sales

    First professional experience in sales/internal sales or a similar position; experience in textiles and fashion is an asset.

    Fluency in Czech and English. Any other language is an asset.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with customers and other departments.

    Sales and customer oriented.

    High resilience and adaptability.
