In order to strengthen its team and manage growth, our client has teamed up with proselect to find an:

IN-HOUSE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/X) 

1. Your challenge!

   A key role for the department, which calls upon your organisational skills and problem-solving abilities!

   As an in-house sales representative, you will work as part of the sales team. You will support this team by acting as a liaison between the office and clients/prospects.

   Furthermore, your primary tasks will include the following: 

   Drafting quotes;
   Following up on requests for a quote by email;
   Organising sales interviews with potential clients and managing sales diaries;
   Supporting the follow-up of visits;
   Assisting with the in-house development of (digital) tools;
   Prospecting by phone, based on selections that have been defined in advance by the sales representatives.

2. Your talents

   Client-focused, proactive and assertive!

   You have a BA in an administrative discipline or equivalent experience.

   You have prior experience in a similar role. Ideally, you are familiar with the transport sector.

   In addition to fluent French, you can easily communicate in English AND German. Knowledge of any other languages is a plus.

   You are comfortable with IT tools. Knowledge of RoadManager, Efficy and Transics is a plus.

   Your communications skills and client focus need no demonstration. You particularly enjoy contact by phone.

   Good organisation, being a team player and strong analytical skills (numbers and calculations) are some of your key assets.
