As part of their growth, our client has entrusted us with the recruitment of a:

“Associate – Antitrust Law (M/F/X)”

1. Your challenge!

   As an Antitrust Associate, you will work on a variety of complex and high-impact cases in collaboration with multidisciplinary and international teams.

   Your responsibilities will include:

   • Advising and assisting top-tier companies on competition law matters (mergers, abuse of dominance, cartels, state aid, etc.).
   • Drafting strategic legal documents and managing competition-related litigation.
   • Assisting clients during investigations conducted by national and European competition authorities.
   • Contributing to the implementation of compliance programs and training in competition law.
   • Collaborating closely with other departments (corporate, regulatory, M&A, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and effective legal solutions.

2. Your talents

   To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

   • A Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Competition Law or European Law;
   • A minimum of 3 years of experience in competition law within an international law firm or public institution;
   • Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of Dutch is an asset;
   • Strong understanding of European and national competition law procedures;
   • Excellent analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills;
   • The ability to thrive in a demanding and international team environment.
