Our client, a small company belonging to a French Industrial Group located in the Wavre city center, is joining forces with Proselect in order to find their:
“Customer Service Representative & Planning Support”

Your challenge!
Information Processing, Planning & OrganizationYour main responsibilities will be:– To be the primary contact with customers, warehouse, transport & installation companies and deal with the administrative documents and procedures.
– Provide Customer Service to our European customers (mainly the non French speaking ones). This includes order entry, order confirmations, …
– Maintain good relationships with Customers, Subcontractors, Team, while striving to improve current working practices and proactively providing solutions to problems.
– Maintain data in BOB Sage and other systems to ensure full and proper use of the system.
– Ensure correct levels of stock based on planning and open orders.
– Purchase order entry to suppliers, follow-up on logistics and complaints.
– Coordinate subcontractors interventions at customers.

Your talents
Autonomous, Pep’s & Creative– Higher Education Degree.– Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Support and/or Inside Sales (experience in international commerce/export management/logistics is a strong asset).
– Fluency in French and English (spoken & written); Spanish &/or Italian is an asset.
– Customer focus and pro-active attitude.
– Flexible, dynamic, eager to learn and open to change.
– Good analytical skills, process oriented and able to challenge current processes.
