  1. Your challenge!

    Your mission
    We are seeking an Account Executive to lead our outbound sales initiatives.

    🔥 Responsibilities As a full cycle AE,

    • you will handle every aspect of the sales process.
    • You will directly engage with HR managers, CFOs, and CEOs of some of the coolest companies in Belgium.
    • Your charisma and drive will help you build a client portfolio from scratch, focusing on SMEs across Belgium.
    • Understand the unique needs of potential customers, recognizing how buying decisions vary for different stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, or HR managers).
    • Manage the entire sales journey, from reaching out to hot prospects to guiding customers through their first car orders with us. Develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility challenges, sharing your expertise confidently.

    Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not required, as long as you have the right attitude and strong motivation. Resourceful: You can make independent decisions and take initiatives in new and uncharted situations. Eager to Learn: You have a strong desire to continuously improve and grow. Winner’s Mentality: You have the drive to succeed and the flexibility to achieve your goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
