Cost Controller (M/F/X)

1. Your challenge!

   Analyse et optimisation financière

   As a Cost Controller, you play a key role in analyzing and optimizing the company’s economic and operational performance.

   You will work closely with operational departments, actively contributing to cost control and process improvement.

   Your main responsibilities:

   ✔ Analyze sales performance, project profitability, and financial forecast accuracy.
   ✔ Monitor stock levels, detect discrepancies, and ensure accurate accounting valuation.
   ✔ Track production performance, identify variances, and suggest corrective actions.
   ✔ Conduct cost analysis (purchasing, production, price variances) and recommend optimization strategies.
   ✔ Prepare monthly financial reports and support managers in monitoring corrective actions.
   ✔ Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and contribute to cross-functional process improvement projects.

   Whether you are junior or experienced, we are looking for candidates with the following qualities and skills:

   ✔ Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
   ✔ Open to both entry-level candidates with initial experience and experienced profiles.
   ✔ Strong analytical skills with an affinity for numbers and data interpretation.
   ✔ Excellent command of French and English.
   ✔ Strong communication skills to provide financial insights and business support.
   ✔ Proficiency in accounting tools and common software (Excel, accounting management software).
   ✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
